Siciliano Classico – Extra virgin olive oil – 500 ml
Extra virgin olive oil from western Sicily, produced with a classic blend of Cerasuola, Nocellara and Biancolilla. The olives are grown on south-facing slopes between 200 and 400 meters above sea level and harvested between October and November. The pressing is cold, with a continuous process, and the crushing takes place within 24 hours of harvesting. The color of the oil is green with golden reflections, with medium-intense fruitiness and notes of freshly picked tomatoes. The taste is full-bodied, with an excellent balance between bitterness and spiciness.
Ideal for everyday use and to enhance both Italian and Norwegian cooking. Can be used raw on salads, bruschetta, oven-baked fish and vegetables. It pairs perfectly with oven-baked salmon, new potatoes with dill or a fish soup. Its balance makes it a perfect seasoning oil for any occasion.
